Non-custom Items
Le Cirque des Enfants strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it for the amount paid for the item, minus any shipping charges incurred, within 30 days. Returned items must be unused, in their original non modified condition and their original packaging. Please call us within 10 business days from the day of receipt of your merchandise and we will issue you a Return Authorization number called RAN.
If you return an item after the 30 business day window, without a RAN, and Le Cirque des Enfants suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
All returns may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at www.shoplecirque.com or in our retail store.
All sale purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available.
Custom Items
Custom-designed Furniture, bedding, gifts and clothing, and other custom made items all require payment in full prior to your order and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you would like to know if your item is custom please carefully read the item description on the item page of the product you are interested in.
